Rookie Blue traveled down Confed to visit our closest rivals Wyoming #2 tonight. It was cool windy but the kids played hard and managed to come on top for our 2nd victory of the season 6-0. We left the bases loaded twice or we could have really blew the game open. We put together some timely hits, especially Zach and Blake with back to back doubles to lead off the last inning to really seal the W. Again we had some great defence and didn't allow a hit to get to the outfield. Tonight's player of the game was 2 for 2 at the plate and made the play of the game throwing a runner out at 1st from half way down the 3rd baseline, our pitcher Jayden Taylor. Next up we have Alvinston Red in our first tournament game Friday night. Go Riverhawks!
