In case you are not going to register online,
and wish to attend one of our Alvinston Minor Ball in-person registrations on
March 2 (9am-12pm) or March 23 (10am-2pm), you will need the following:
-Download the two registration documents (Registration form and medical form) found at the right of the home page under >organizational documents>forms.
-Consult the Ages as of 2019 document if you are unsure what level or division you wish to register your child.
-Fill them in and bring to registration (We will have copies at registration if this is not possible)
-Bring your child's birth certificate, or ideally a photocopy of birth certificate to registration.
-Bring either cash, cheque, or debit for payment.
-Bring a cheque for uniform deposit (postdated to September 15, 2019) in the amount of 100 dollars to Alvinston ----Minor Ball. Also bring another cheque if your child is trying out for an OBA Baseball team (Rookie Ball, Mosquito, Pee Wee) in the amount of 30 dollars, postdated to May 1, 2019.
